- You must have generated no more than 10 images during this period.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Your purchase was made more than 7 days ago.
- You have generated more than 10 images, even if within the 7-day window.
- Recurring subscription charges due to a missed cancellation are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
- If incorrect account information (such as a wrong email address) was provided at registration.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@renovai.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]".
- Include your purchase date, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and the number of images generated.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Processing Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Policy Updates
Renovai reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website. Continued use of our service after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated terms.
